You'll need a NCCA license to compete at any collegiate event. You can purchase a one-day license for $10 at the registration booth at any race. However, one-day licenses are only available if you're racing B's or C's.
If you'll be racing A's (the fastest category), you must have the annual license. If you'll be doing more than one race this year, it also make sense to purchase the full deal.
